This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and returns for personalised outdoor activity plan products purchased from Sparkclearingux through sparkclearingux.world. Because our Products are custom-created digital planning services, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any outdoor activity plan.

1. Nature of Our Products

Sparkclearingux offers digitally delivered personalised outdoor activity plans, including the Park Circuit Blueprint ($89.00 AUD), Coastal Explorer Plan ($159.00 AUD), and Summit Series Custom ($279.00 AUD). Each plan is individually researched and created based on information you provide through our customisation questionnaire. Plans are delivered via email in digital format and include route maps, weekly schedules, preparation guides, and related planning materials. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, once a plan has been created and delivered, it cannot be physically "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services supplied again if they fail to meet a consumer guarantee and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Cancellation Before Delivery

You may cancel your outdoor activity plan order and receive a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation is requested before we have commenced plan creation, typically within twenty-four hours of payment confirmation and before you have submitted your customisation questionnaire
  • Cancellation is requested after questionnaire submission but before plan delivery, in which case a partial refund of seventy-five percent may be issued to cover research and administrative costs already incurred
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@sparkclearingux.world or by calling +61 1800 094 927 during business hours

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.

4. Refunds After Delivery

Because outdoor activity plans are custom-created digital products tailored to your specific requirements, refunds after delivery are generally not available except in the following circumstances:

  • The delivered plan contains material errors that significantly differ from what was agreed upon during the customisation process
  • The plan was not delivered within the agreed timeframe and you no longer wish to receive it
  • The plan fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, constituting a major failure
  • Duplicate payment was made in error

Refund requests after delivery must be submitted within fourteen days of plan receipt and include a detailed explanation of the issue. Sparkclearingux will review each request individually and respond within five business days.

5. Revision Policy as Alternative to Refund

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to utilise the revision entitlements included with your plan:

  • Park Circuit Blueprint: one complimentary revision
  • Coastal Explorer Plan: two revisions within sixty days of delivery
  • Summit Series Custom: unlimited revisions within ninety days of delivery, plus direct planner consultation

In most cases, concerns about route selection, schedule pacing, or content accuracy can be resolved through our revision process at no additional cost within the included allowance. Submit revision requests to contact@sparkclearingux.world with specific details about the changes you require.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • You change your mind after receiving a plan that was created according to your questionnaire responses
  • You are unable to complete the outdoor activities due to personal fitness limitations not disclosed during the customisation process
  • Trail conditions, weather, or park closures prevent you from following the plan as written
  • You have already used the included revision allowance and are dissatisfied with the final version
  • You purchased a plan during a promotional period with explicit no-refund terms clearly stated at the time of purchase
  • More than fourteen days have passed since plan delivery without a refund request

7. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

If you wish to upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan after purchase, you may pay the difference between the plan prices and receive the upgraded product. For example, upgrading from Park Circuit Blueprint ($89.00 AUD) to Coastal Explorer Plan ($159.00 AUD) would require an additional payment of $70.00 AUD. Downgrades from a higher-tier to a lower-tier plan are not available once plan creation has commenced. Contact our team at +61 1800 094 927 to discuss upgrade options.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting Sparkclearingux to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide evidence of plan delivery and customisation correspondence to the payment processor. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.

9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and order reference or payment confirmation details
  • The name of the outdoor activity plan purchased (Park Circuit Blueprint, Coastal Explorer Plan, or Summit Series Custom)
  • Date of purchase and delivery
  • Detailed reason for the cancellation or refund request
  • Any supporting documentation such as correspondence with our planning team

Submit requests via email to contact@sparkclearingux.world or through our contact page. We aim to acknowledge all requests within two business days and provide a resolution within ten business days.
